No one aggregates your studio fitness data
- Millions of people take studio, wellness, and fitness classes across Mindbody, ClassPass, Mariana Tek, and others
- None of these platforms give users a cross-studio view of their own attendance
- Mindbody pulled their consumer API in 2025. The remaining APIs only serve individual studios, not users.
- If you go to three studios, your data lives in three silos. Nobody aggregates it.

I built the studio fitness data API that doesn't exist
- Every booking platform sends confirmation emails. The inbox is the universal data source that no one is using.
- Connect your email once (Gmail now, Outlook next). Proprietary pattern recognition and classification extracts studio name, class, date, time, and instructor.
- For unrecognized formats, a custom AI and NLP pipeline discovers the pattern. Raw email content is never stored.
- The result is a structured, cross-platform fitness API. No studio partnerships. No API access required.

Why me
Software and AI engineer with a background in data science, solutions architecture, highly sensitive data environments, and arts/design. I design and build the entire product. Zero funding, just my own time and resources. I've attended over 1,000 studio classes across multiple cities and platforms, and I researched many email formats using my own data. I built Vaffla because I'm the user.
