Vaffla

Studio life on the grid. Connect your inbox once and Vaffla turns your boutique fitness class bookings into a year-long activity grid, streaks, and per-studio leaderboards — across every platform you book through.

What it is

Vaffla is a personal activity tracker for boutique studio class-goers. Once you connect your email, your booking confirmations become a year-long activity grid, streak counters, top-studio and top-class breakdowns, and a shareable "wrapped"-style stats card you can post anywhere.

Who it's for

Anyone who's at three studios a week and wishes there was one place to see all of it. Studio loyalists, pilates regulars, indoor cyclists, climbers, dance class folks, yoga heads — anyone who books across multiple platforms and wants their full picture in one view.

How it works

Connect your Gmail once (read-only, scoped to fitness booking emails only). Vaffla detects confirmations and cancellations across major booking platforms and turns them into a structured activity history. Raw email content is never stored — only the structured class records (studio, class name, date, time, instructor) are kept. Sync is incremental on app open and reconciled on a schedule.

What's in it

  • Activity grid — GitHub-contributions-style waffle of every class, scoped to the timeframe you pick.
  • Stats — current streak, longest streak, top studios, top class types, monthly cadence, hour-of-day distribution.
  • Leaderboards — opt-in per studio. Your stats are private until you opt in, and opting out deletes your row immediately.
  • Share cards — solstice, six-month, and all-time editions. One tap, save as image, post anywhere.
  • Public profile — opt-in, lives at vaffla.app/@username for sharing your grid.

Privacy posture

Read-only Gmail scope, parsed in memory, never stored. No raw email body, subject, or sender persisted. Aggregate fitness data lives in a managed Postgres database under row-level security. Leaderboards and public profiles are off by default. Account deletion is one tap. Full details on the privacy policy.
